These terms apply when an adult parent or guardian separately chooses to receive text messages from Stingray Allstars Fort Lauderdale.

Program description
After you submit a class-information or enrollment enquiry and check the optional text-message consent box, Stingray Allstars Fort Lauderdale may send automated messages confirming the request and following up with relevant class, evaluation, or enrollment options.
Consent and eligibility
You must be an adult parent or guardian and authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Text-message consent is optional, is not bundled with the required permission to respond by phone or email, and is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation with the gym. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also call (954) 988-0488 or use the website contact page. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver and support the messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
