Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Stingray Allstars Fort Lauderdale handles information provided by parents, guardians, website visitors, and prospective families.
Last updated August 21, 2026
Information we collect
When a parent or guardian requests class information, we may collect their name, email address, phone number, the athlete's age, program interest, campaign attribution details, and the contents of their enquiry. We also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and device identifiers used by analytics and advertising tools.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, recommend appropriate class options, provide requested enrollment information, operate and secure the website, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve our services. We do not sell lead information.
Email and text-message confirmations
When you submit an enquiry, we may send a transactional email confirming that we received it. If you separately check the optional text-message consent box, we may also send automated texts about that request and relevant class or enrollment options. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of enrollment or purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide data to service providers only as needed to deliver the requested communications.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure whether Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to website visits and completed enquiries. Browser events may use first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. After an accepted enquiry, the adult parent or guardian's contact details may be normalized and cryptographically hashed on our server before being sent to Meta for event matching and measurement.
We do not send the athlete's name, athlete age, free-form message, or other child-specific form details to Meta for advertising measurement. Meta processes business-tool data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity
On the adult-directed grand-opening enquiry page, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and page performance so we can improve the website experience. Clarity may use cookies and collect standard device and usage information under Microsoft's privacy terms.
The enquiry form is explicitly masked from Clarity. Microsoft also masks input-box and dropdown contents by default, so names, email addresses, phone numbers, athlete ages, program selections, and other entered form values are not included in Clarity recordings.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host the website, deliver enquiry emails, measure website activity, and measure advertising. These providers receive information only for the services they perform. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect people, the gym, or the website.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage the resulting relationship, meet legal or operational obligations, and protect against abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. Browser controls and Meta account settings may also be used to limit cookies and advertising personalization. Blocking browser tracking does not prevent a parent or guardian from submitting the class-information form.
