Appointment & Private Lesson Policy
Private lessons offer focused one-on-one or group instruction. Please review our policies for cancellations, dress code, and arrival procedures.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
No penalty applies if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
Group Appointments
One student books a group appointment and invites others up to the maximum enrollment. The booking student is solely financially responsible; staff will not split fees between accounts, so families must arrange any split externally.
What to Wear
Wear a t-shirt or tank with shorts, or a sports bra with shorts. Hair must be secured back. Footwear should be activity-appropriate. No gum and no dangling jewelry.

Arrival & Pickup
Arrive 10 minutes before the appointment, not earlier. Pick up on time and notify us if running late. Students wait inside; a parent must escort them to the car. Drive slowly in the lot.
