All-star cheer and tumbling for Sunrise families
Yes, The Stingray Allstars Fort Lauderdale trains athletes from Sunrise. Our gym is in Deerfield Beach at 1907 SW 43rd Terrace, and with the Sawgrass Expressway running right past Sunrise, families from Welleby, Sunrise Lakes, and the Sawgrass Mills area reach us in about 25 minutes.
About 25 minutes from our Deerfield Beach gym via the Sawgrass Expressway.
The Sawgrass Expressway makes the drive simple
Sunrise sits in west Broward, and its biggest advantage for our families is the Sawgrass Expressway. The Sawgrass runs along the western side of the city near Sawgrass Mills and the arena district, then curves north and east toward Deerfield Beach, delivering you close to 1907 SW 43rd Terrace in around 25 minutes.
For a west-Broward city, that is a straightforward highway run with very few turns. Sunrise parents who already drive the Sawgrass for shopping or events find the route to the gym familiar from day one.
A gym worth the drive from a big sports city
Sunrise is used to big-league sports energy, from the arena district to the crowds at Sawgrass Mills. All-star cheer gives young athletes their own version of that competitive stage: year-round teams that train stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance, then compete against clubs from across Florida.
Families from a sports-minded city like Sunrise often appreciate that all-star cheer is genuinely athletic and team-driven. It builds strength, coordination, and confidence, and it gives kids a squad to belong to through the whole season.

- •Sunrise Lakes and the surrounding communities

How a Sunrise beginner gets started
First-time athletes usually begin on our All-Star Prep track or in a tumbling class, then progress toward an elite team as their skills grow. We also offer private lessons for focused, one-on-one work on a particular skill such as a back handspring or standing tuck.
Placement is based on skill rather than age, so any Sunrise athlete can start at the right level and build at a healthy pace. For current schedules, team options, and tuition, call our staff at (954) 988-0488.
