How far is the gym from Boca Raton?
Boca Raton sits in south Palm Beach County, directly north of Deerfield Beach, so the trip to our gym at 1907 SW 43rd Terrace is short. Most families drop down I-95 or take Military Trail south across the county line, with a typical drive of 15 to 20 minutes depending on where in Boca you start.
Because the Broward and Palm Beach line runs right between the two cities, Boca families cross it easily for evening practices without the long haul that a farther gym would mean.

We welcome athletes from across Boca Raton, from the coastal East Boca neighborhoods to the communities out west. Families closest to the county line and I-95 have the quickest trip, but athletes from every part of the city train with us.

New athletes usually begin in our All-Star Prep track or a tumbling class to build fundamentals, then move toward an elite team as their skills grow.
We also offer private lessons for athletes who want focused one-on-one work on a specific skill, such as a back handspring or a standing tuck. Placement is based on skill rather than age, so a Boca Raton athlete can start at the right level and build from there.

Not at all. Deerfield Beach is the first city south of Boca Raton, so families simply drop down I-95 or Military Trail and reach the gym in about 15 to 20 minutes.
